Volunteer Expectations
Please take a moment to read over the following information concerning festival volunteers:
A Minimum of 14 hours is expected from Volunteers during the Trout Forest Music Festival. As a volunteer you are entitled to a T-Shirt, a meal during your shift(s) as well as free access to the Festival.
All Volunteers will:
- Promote the values of the Trout Forest Music Festival in a positive manner, before, during and following the Festival. Direct all queries to Artistic Director.
- Not consume alcohol or illegal substances while on duty. Your volunteer pass may be confiscated for disregard of this regulation.
- Wear their Festival T-shirt, identifying them as a volunteer, only while on duty.
- Wear their Volunteer passes at all times while on site.
- Treat other volunteers, performers, staff and the public with respect. Direct any problems to a Crew Chief or Coordinator.
- Be aware of safety procedures to follow in the event of an emergency.
- Be aware of and adhere to all site and campground rules and regulations.
Code of Ethics:
- The Trout Forest Music Festival believes in delivering quality live entertainment while respecting the needs of performers, volunteers and community.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics.
- Be aware of your rights and your role and responsibilities as a volunteer.
- Show up on time and prepared for each shift assigned to you.
- Wear your Festival T-shirt while on duty [only] and pass at all times.
- Conduct yourself in a respectful manner while representing the TFMF.
- Become familiar with TFMF Safety Manual and report emergency situations
- in accordance.

Successful Volunteer Applicants will be notified prior to the Festival as to Orientation Days as well as Crew & Shift Details.
