Off-site Accommodations

CAMPING DETAILS:

• Quiet Camping ONLY sites will be available at the Baseball Fields.
• Tent Camping Spaces are limited and available on a First-Come, First-Served basis. Camping Opens at 12:00 NOON on Thursday, August 6th.
• RV Sites are limited are limited and available on a First Come First Serve basis. Camping Opens at 12:00 NOON on Thursday, August 6th.
• RV Overflow Sites have no Facilities or Security Crew
• Each member in your group/family must possess a valid camping pass
• Shower and restroom facilities onsite
• FREE Firewood
• Children under 12 FREE
   

RESTRICTIONS:

• NO Stereos, fireworks or other disruptive/illegal items
• NO unauthorized vehicles in camping area under any circumstances
• Anyone without a VALID Camping Pass will be required to leave the Festival site upon completion of the Nightly performances.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Children twelve & under must be accompanied by an adult
• Proof of age may be requested
• No lifeguard on site - all children MUST be  supervised while swimming
• Tickets will be mailed within 1-2 weeks after the close of each campaign
• All amenities are available within walking distance from the festival in the town of Ear Falls
• NO public telephones or ATM available at the festival site
   

RESTRICTIONS:

• NO ticket refunds  - All sales are final
• NO glass please respect our little ones
• NO unauthorized taping or filming, allowed on site
• NO alcohol, drugs or fireworks
• NO pets allowed (Bylaw enforced)
• NO GLASS ALLOWED ON THE FESTIVAL SITE - Glass bottles will be confiscated by Security Staff
